Uniqo Hotel Sempione Fiera

I don’t recommand this hotel as they are not truthful. I forgot my medical pillow in the room, called 15 min later to ask them keep it for me and will come back a few days later to get it. They said they never found my pillow in the room! The room cleaners as certainly stole it! It is terrible! Very bad experience and very sad that we can not trust a 4 hotels stars…

Really nice hotel. It was our stop on the way to the camping. Bed was big enough for us both and 2 kids. Nice room and bathroom, friendly stuff, breakfast was simple but tasty. Appreciate the fact that breakfast and private parking space were included in the price. If needed in the future, we will be happy to stay over there again.

Rude little lady as an receptionist. I booked a double room(budget) thru expedia. I was supposed to do the checkin at 14:00. 1)Was there at 13:45 she said the cleaning lady is not finished with the rooms. I am like” ok… how long do I have to wait? “ she couldn’t give me an answer. I understand that I have to be there at 2 pm o’clock but she could say it different. 2) Asked if I can upgrade the room ( on my cost of course ) and park the car in the underground garage. She said THAT HOTEL IS FULL even if half of the keys where there at the reception and I could see them. 3) Finally I got the room, otherwise I was loosing 100€ which is one night of accommodation. But surprise when I got the room I can see that Anybody can go to my room from the outside cause you can easily open the front door. Just push it a little bit harder. Overall is a transit hotel, ground floor rooms are decorated for 2-3 hours hookups. Mirrors on the wall, chromatic lighting all that s… . Breakfast was good and croissants to die for FRESH every morning. Hardworking guys in the kitchen/restaurant area.
